Why drug testing of welfare recipients is a bad idea

What a joke. That author tries to make a logical, point by point essay, while completely ignoring the fact that logic has NOTHING to do with it. This is about carrying out our wishes, not about logic and weak ideals. This is about the strong imposing their will upon the weak. We the strong, can do this, and so we will do this. So let us turn the logic back on that writer now, and pull apart that essay, piece by piece and point by point. Because it is not our logic, but our will itself which will win the day.

First, they argue against it based upon cost-effectiveness. What does it matter what it costs to do the right thing? We spent trillions of dollars invading the middle east. Why? Because we could. Because the will of the fascist will not be denied. What it costs is irrelevant, so long as our agenda is carried out. It doesn't matter if we save a single dime on welfare, it is the principle that matters. We are in fact getting something for our money. Here begins the death-march of the useless eaters.

Next, that author speaks of cronyism, and corporate profiteering. That this whole measure was simply put in place so that the Governor of Florida could reap huge profits through the drug testing company he owns and who does all of the welfare drug testing. Again I ask, so what?

So called "false-positives" or erroneous findings of drugs in someone's system is the next topic that author raises to argue against drug testing. Sure, this will happen. No system is perfect. Not that it really matters though. If these scum were not on welfare in the first place, they wouldn't have to worry about it. Maybe this will make people think twice about looking for a handout, and instead choose to become more industrious with their time. If not? Then let them die. Just as they would have at any other point in history without a government teat to suck on.

Moving on now, the author of the referenced article discusses ineffectiveness of drug testing and what he calls "substance bias" claiming that this will only really be able to catch people who smoke marijuana. But again the author misses the point entirely. The point is not to catch these people, the point is to test them. The results are inconsequential. If they want welfare money, they must SUBMIT to our will and renounce their liberty.

Next the author shows concern for morality, and is concerned about "stigmatizing the poor." That fact is, that it makes no difference why they are poor or how they got there, or what people think of them. The reality is that they serve no purpose, and would be just as well of dead as alive. I have no more concern for them than the beef cow slaughtered to make my dinner tonight. They are weak, and I am strong. Drug addicts are as much of a scourge. Weak of mind and soul, for which there is no cure. So speaking of cures and psychology to reach them is moot. I will not let the weak prey upon me and the fruits of my labor, sapping my virility.

The author makes his coup de grace by citing the Constitution. What laughable nonsense. The Constitution has been trampled to the point that it exists today in name only. Which is, of course, all according to plan my friends. What use do we have for the protections afforded the individual? The Constitution is the enemy of the State.

This law is passed in Florida, without much legal challenge. Even the ACLU is only "considering" filing a lawsuit to challenge the law. Other states will soon follow, with the full support of the people. As we can see from this Facebook poll, the people have shown overwhelming support for our position, with 2.5 million people voting "yes" against the mere pittance of 100-thousand against the practice of drug-testing welfare recipients.

POTUS Executes Citizen Without Due Process

Anwar al-Awlaki killed in Yemen

Officials confirm death in al-Jawf of dual Yemeni-American citizen accused by US of spreading al-Qaeda's message.

Yemen's defence ministry has reported that Anwar al-Awlaki, a well-known and controversial imam with alleged ties to al-Qaeda, was killed along with four others.

A government statement released to the media on Friday said Awlaki was hunted down by Yemeni forces, but did not elaborate on the circumstances of his death. He was wanted by both the US and Yemen.

"The terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki has been killed along with some of his companions," the statement sent by text message to journalists said.

The 40-year-old US-born Awlaki, a dual Yemeni-American citizen, was a father of five. Among those that were killed with him was the co-editor of al-Qaeda's Inspire magazine, Samir Khan, a US citizen of Pakistani origin.

Khan was a specialist in computer programming and was also wanted by the Yemeni government and the US.

This really is a groundbreaking event, and a huge step forward for our way of life. For the first time in history, an American President has not only ordered, but carried out the summary execution of a citizen who was born and raised in the United States, without due process. He was not even accused of any crime. He was merely branded "dangerous" and part of the fictitious terrorist organization known as al-Qaeda. Also killed in the attack by CIA drones, was the blogger Samir Khan, also an American citizen. This really is a 2 for 1 deal here. Two others were killed in the attack according to reports, but let us stay focused here on the two important eliminations. An American journalist, and an American religious man, who were never accused of any crime, who had no arrest warrants issued against them, and for whom no judicial oversight was afforded in order to rule on the justification or legality of their executions.

Massachusetts: Supreme Court Approves Charging Innocent Ticket Recipients

Innocent drivers can be charged $75 to fight a traffic ticket, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled.

Motorists issued a traffic ticket in Massachusetts will have to pay money to the state whether or not they committed the alleged crime. According to a state supreme court ruling handed down yesterday, fees are to be imposed even on those found completely innocent. The high court saw no injustice in collecting $70 from Ralph C. Sullivan after he successfully fought a $100 ticket for failure to stay within a marked lane.

Bay State drivers given speeding tickets and other moving violations have twenty days either to pay up or make a non-refundable $20 payment to appeal to a clerk-magistrate. After that, further challenge to a district court judge can be had for a non-refundable payment of $50. Sullivan argued that motorists were being forced to pay "fees" not assessed on other types of violations, including drug possession. He argued this was a violation of the Constitution's Equal Protection clause, but the high court justices found this to be reasonable.

Well this is common sense folks. The courts don't pay for themselves. Driving is a privilege, not a right. If you want the privilege to argue a traffic ticket in front of a judge, you are going to have to pay for that privilege and the court's time. Don't want to waste your time sitting in court? Then just pay the fine and be done with it. After all, we know that 99.9% of people who get tickets are guilty anyway. Why should we, the taxpayer, have to pay for your privilege to stand before a judge on the matter and pretend you are not guilty?

Just pay the damn fine and shut up. Do you want safe highways or not?

28-year-old Biannela Susana waited four hours to seek medical attention for her dying two-year-old son after he was beaten to death by Susana’s 12-year-old half brother. Susana was too busy on the internet looking up Pippa Middleton and The Beckhams to pay attention to what her half brother was doing to her son. To make matters worse, when the woman did she what happened to her son she didn’t call police right away but instead searched about his condition! According to police reports the mom spend time on Wikipedia looking up comas, googling “when someone gets knocked out,” and researching the hospital her son would have been taken to By the time the child did receive medical attention it was already too late. How ridiculous is that?!

To begin with, what we are seeing here is that we no longer even have to print rhetoric to get our point across, the public is already so well indoctrinated at this point, that even opposition news sources such as this hip-hop website are doing the work for us. All it takes is the death of a young child, and the masses won't even bother to pause and question the response of the system. (Like was saw in the Anthony case too.) That article could have come out and said that both the child offender and the mother would be slowly tortured then finally disposed of in ovens, and the masses would have gone right along with it cheering. Oh how we love blind sheeple and mass hysteria.

The next issue we can address here is the response of the mother. This article, and others like it in recent years, make it clear that parents must trust the system. Treating illness or injury at home, taking a moment to decide whether or not to call 911 when faced with any sort of irregular situation, these things are now criminal. In this case, the mother is charged with aggravated manslaughter. After her 12 year-old half brother knocked the toddler into a book shelf, the mother of the victim Googled search terms like "how to treat someone who has been knocked out" and "coma." Clearly she intended to take care of the situation herself, until hours later when she finally realized that this was a situation out of her control. Her hesitancy was clearly motivated by the fact that she intended to "protect" the half-brother and herself from prosecution for the deadly assault. Granted, she probably did not realize the extent of the child's injuries at first, and they only became more apparent later as the child did not recover, but just the same, the fact that she will be prosecuted for an exaggerated level of negligence serves a greater good.

No longer will parents wait, or hesitate. This will not only save lives potentially, but it will get police and officials into the home for the slightest of reasons, to have a look around, or to interact with potentially troubled youths. Take this case for example, where the police were called for a fairly minor thing, yet were able to instill fear, and force compliance in an ill-mannered child at a young age.



Once again, the point to drive home here, is that seeing this case, parents too will be instilled with fear of prosecution, and will call authorities into their home at the slightest sign of trouble. This is what we want, authorities overseeing homes, and we don't want to see them being hampered by warrants to do that. Children and Child Protective Services are a key gateway to get into the home and to mold the upbringing of the youth.

Let us now also look at the prosecution of the 12 year-old. He will be tried for murder as an adult, and become the youngest "lifer" in the nation's history. This is a wonderful precedent. Not only does it show absolute intolerance to crime, but it also breaks down the entire premise of what it means to be a juvenile. No longer do we have to afford them special protections under the law. Clearly, children are indeed of sound mind to know the difference between right and wrong, and should not be given the silk glove treatment, using youthfulness as an excuse. The only time such considerations should be made is when the child, particularly a female child, engages in sexual activity. Then obviously, they are too young to be of sound mind enough to make a decision like that. But if they kill someone, a kid is old enough to know better and to know the full gravity and consequences of violence. Even if this boy did not intend to kill the toddler, it is important to send a clear message to children, that they will be held accountable should they draw the ire of a prosecutor. The "youthful offender" juvenile court system is quickly becoming a thing of the past.

Announcing the adult murder charge against the 12-year-old State Attorney Angela Corey said; "It’s one where you go, at what point do you step in, so you prevent another murder, and that’s how we felt in this case. If we don’t intervene now and do the tough thing. We have to protect the public from this young man."

It's just a shame they are not purring the death penalty on the table. A life for a life.

So, once again here just to re-cap, in this case we see three fine examples of the onset Fascism in America. First, homeopathic remedies and family privacy are criminalized. Second, juveniles will no longer be able to use their youthfulness to protect them from crimes, while at the same time denying them the benefits and rights of an adult in society. And lastly, the masses are not only amendable to these ideals, but DEMAND such a response. The public WANTS Fascism, to protect them, to secure their vengeance. The public demands that "something" be done, and the New American Fascist has the answer to what every "something" is.

Civilian Troublemakers

In this video we will see police taking control of a potentially embarrassing situation, and arresting this civilian troublemaker. POUGHKEEPSIE, NY - The city's public school district has now passed a uniform policy for its public school students entering classes this fall, for grades K-12. While some say it will instill school spirit and put more focus on academics rather than fashion, many parents and students alike challenge the Constitutionality of such a mandate, while complaining about the lack of timely notice, and asking who is supposed to pay for such clothing.


For the high school, mandatory dress will consist of school colors, khakis, navy blue, black, white, and gray.

Casey Anthony Ordered to Pay $97k Investigation Costs

Casey Anthony has been ordered to pay nearly a hundred-thousand dollars to police for the cost of the missing person investigation to locate her daughter Caylee, who was later found dead. Caylee was acquitted of murder at the close of a controversial trial, though the jury found her guilty on several misdemeanor counts of lying to authorities. The plaintiffs had sought nearly a half-million dollars in compensation, but the judge found that she was not liable for the costs of the murder investigation which ensued after the 2 year-old's body was discovered, only for the missing-person investigation.

A victory for National Socialism. For too long criminals have been wasting taxpayer money by leading the police on wild goose chases. The precedent is now set. If you lie to police, you will have to pay the costs of them proving that you have lied. Obey authority, answer the police truthfully. Better yet, stop committing crimes in the first place. The Collective will no longer be left holding the bill for your lies and criminality.

Sadly, this ruling has not gone quite far enough. The woman should have had to pay the costs of the entire investigation. Granted, she was not convicted of killing her daughter, but she did not cooperate with the investigation into the homicide, which also means that there were increased costs due to her lack of cooperation. Fifth Amendment be damned. She knew the truth, and she did not share that information with authorities. That means that she cost us, the People, the Collective, almost a half million dollars, and should be forced to pay the bill.

While we are here talking about the case, the failure of the jury system should also be pointed out here. We all know that she was responsible for the death of that child, the jury knew it too. They just didn't feel sure about it. They didn't have to be sure, this was not a capital case. If new evidence came out later that she was innocent, then they could have released her from prison. At least we would have sent a clear message to baby-killers that they will not get away with their crime. Even if she really is innocent, the baby-killers think they can get away with it now. I would rather send an innocent person to prison than to let criminals think they will get away with their crimes. It is time we do away with the jury system and leave it to trained judges to do their jobs, to judge the facts of a case and render a verdict based on those facts. There is no need for a jury who knows nothing about law or investigations.

Let us just hope and pray now, that this precedent will reach into all parts of the country, from headline cases to local misdemeanors. If you lie to police, you will have to pay for their time and resources. Hopefully, we will be able to take it a step further soon too, and force criminals to give up all their worldly good, and pay for the rest of their lives if they have to, in order to recover the costs of any investigation whether they lied or not.

If you are a criminal, your money is forfeit, and you should be forced to labor in prison until the debt is paid.
